We are located in the greater Johannesburg area and cater for functions and events in Alberton and surrounding areas.

We specialise in Spit Braais & Hot Buffets which consist of a variety of roast meats, a selection of vegetable dishes, your choice of salads, fresh breads & a choice of delicious desserts. Breakfasts are also a firm favourite and we have several menu options for you to select from.
You may choose from one of our standard menu packages or customise a menu to your taste or themed function, event or party.

We make & supply an extensive range of Home-Made Salads and Pot-Ready Vegetables directly to the public, wholesalers & retailers.
We currently have over 35 different types of Salad to choose from, ranging from our ever popular, Grilled Mixed Veg Salad to the common garden variety French or Greek Salad.
Nothing could be easier than from the bag, into the bowl.
Our processed Vegetables include a range of over 20 Pot-Ready selections.

I, and everyone else in my family, want to once again thank you for your outstanding service and exceptional food which we enjoyed on Saturday (and again on Sunday). We had only compliments from the guests, and everybody said we should use you again next time around. And, as said previously, even Granny (who, at that age, is a very fussy eater) really enjoyed the food and wanted us to convey her appreciation. . .

Thank you so much for making my in –laws 50th wedding anniversary party such a
wonderful success. The food was absolutely delicious, and I've passed " The Catering& salad factory" along to my friends for future reference. I really enjoyed working with all of you. I'll be calling again soon . . .
